What is the Bolt Advantage Sign Tracker?

A field app for campaign yard-sign programs. Your team logs where signs go, snaps a GPS-verified photo on install, tracks status from first contact through take-down, pays crew by the sign, and stays on top of local sign ordinances — all from a phone.

Who is it for?

Any campaign running a real sign program — congressional, statewide, legislative, or local. Team leads manage their crew; volunteers and contractors do the field work; and Bolt Advantage supports it all behind the scenes.

How much does it cost?

Simple monthly pricing by location count: $9.99 for up to 100 locations, $24.99 for up to 250, and $49.99 for unlimited. One subscription per campaign, cancel anytime.

Can I bring my existing list?

Absolutely. Import any spreadsheet — our mapping step matches your columns to ours, you set defaults (sign size, county, districts, contact), and coordinates come from lat/lng or a pasted Google Maps link. You can also export your list anytime as a spreadsheet (CSV) or a map file (KML) for Google Earth / My Maps.

Does it work on my phone and offline?

Yes. Add it to your home screen and it runs like a native app. Changes you make in the field queue up and sync automatically when you're back on signal.

Who can see my campaign's data?

Only your campaign. Each campaign's data is fully walled off from every other campaign — nobody can see your locations, contacts, or signs unless they're on your team. You also control what each team member can access by county and sign type.

Can I organize by district?

Yes. Tag every location with its congressional and state legislative districts (plus your own custom labels), then filter, sort, route, and bulk-update by any of them — so you can work a single district or slice at a time.

Can I pay my crew through it?

The app does the pay math (by the sign; yard signs are volunteer), lets an editor confirm installs, and lets a team lead mark them paid in batches — with a receipt email to each person. It tracks who's owed what; you handle the actual payment.
